Free 3-day workshop covering current methods used to analyze single cell RNA-seq data using R/RStudio.

Prerequisites

A basic understanding of the R programming language. Individuals without R experience will be contacted by course organizers to complete remedial online courses. Individuals that have (or will have) their own scRNA-seq data will be given priority.
