Usage
get_best_str(name, best_mat, cor_mat, carry_cor = TRUE)
Arguments

name of row to query
- best_mat
binarized call matrix
- cor_mat
correlation matrix
- carry_cor
whether the correlation score gets reported
Value
string with ident call and possibly cor value
